Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Representative in Irvine, California

OfficeTeam is currently working with a thriving company in the Irvine area to identify talented Customer Service Representatives. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, dispatching work orders, tracking customer inspections, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. Duties of the Customer Service Representative may include, but are not limited to: -Develop positive relationships with assigned account contacts -Provide timely follow up with customers and vendors via telephone and email -Receive and dispatch work orders -Track all open and closed work orders, update status notes in the system, provide reports with schedule dates -Communicate status of all work orders to affiliates and customers -Obtain inspection purchase orders -Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy before invoicing
