Robert Half Office Team Studio Assistant in Culver City, California
We're working with a Studio in Culver City who are looking for a Studio Assistant to join one of their on-site teams at a busy studio space. You'll be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager with budgetary requests and reporting, act as liaison between internal and external teams, work closely with vendors and third parties to resolve studio issues, coordinating and facilitating special events, updating and managing databases and documentation and taking point on special projects. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of property management, Studio support or property administration experience, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
